The 12 includes 250 voice minutes, 250 text/MMS messages, and 10 MB of data for just $12.00 per month! The 12 plan has no hidden fees (they are clearly outlined below), and you can purchase a PIN on our PIN refill page. You can also port your existing phone number(s) to our service from other mobile or land-line phone companies. All this for $12.00 , and with the reliability and coverage of our nationwide network!
New Rates Once ActivatedThe 12 monthly plan is $12.00 for 250 domestic voice minutes, 250 domestic text messages/MMS, and 10 Megabytes of data that can be used to surf the web or check e-mail. Once you activate The 12 plan, it will be renewed automatically every 30 days. Auto Refill customers will automatically be charged $12.00 each month (no PIN loading necessary - we handle everything for you). Wholesale customers must load the PIN manually by calling 1-877-359-6695 and following the prompts. For more PIN loading instructions, please refer to our PIN loading information page.
Standard rates will apply for roaming, international voice, international text, and premium SMS††Multimedia Messaging (MMS), picture messaging, mobile web, etc. (see below chart). Only Standard Plan PIN's can be used to offset any overages or service feature charges that you may incur.
To Activate The 12 Monthly PlanCurrent customers on higher-priced plans (e.g., Talk n Text 1200, Talk n Text Unlimited $39.95, $55 Plan, and $69.95 plan customers) wanting to "downgrade" to The 12 Monthly Plan will need to load a $12 Monthly Plan PIN. When "downgrading" to the $12 Plan, the PIN will "stack," and will go into effect on the expiration date of the current plan. The opposite occurs when a $12 Plan customer "upgrades" to a higher-priced plan (e.g., going from the $12 Plan to the $29.95 Plan, etc.). The plan change will be processed IMMEDIATELY, so be sure you are ready to end your current $12.00 Plan. This rule applies when changing from ANY lower-priced plan to a higher-priced plan.

Account BalancePage Plus Cellular holds your account balance in US Dollars. When you use a service, your account will be charged at the rate listed above. Use typically begins when you answer a call, and continues until you end the call or it is otherwise terminated.
Account Life CycleThe 12 Plan renews automatically every month. In order to keep your Page Plus service active, you must add funds within 60 days from your last replenishment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your balance and trigger a 30-day grace period, after which your phone number will be deactivated.
